Spacious room with all the comforts needed. Very friendly host. Great location near the National Park and two excellent restaurants. Easy access to the mountains. Breakfast included in the room, so we could enjoy it at our own pace.
Limited breakfast options and no hot breakfast. Communication issues caused confusion and difficulty finding the place.

We got great value for our money at Sliabh Amharc. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, giving us a homely feel. The location was perfect, right on the edge of the Wicklow Mountains National Park, and the staff treated us with utmost friendliness and went above and beyond to help us.
Hotel breakfast could be improved by offering some savory options alongside the sweet ones. Adding slices of ham or cheese, or even providing a toaster and salty butter for toast would have balanced out the sweetness.

Lovely private room, plenty of space, nice bathroom, own little apartment feel, self-catered with breakfast options, nearby shops and amenities.
Can't think of anything.

Boasting a fancy patio, the room was like a little heaven with its air conditioning. I loved that the property had a garden for me to admire while I parked my luxury car for free. The breakfast, oh, the continental breakfast! It was so convenient, tasty, and abundant, just what a posh lady like me needs to start her day.
Oh, I absolutely despised how difficult it was to find this place. I mean, who wants to waste their precious time on figuring out directions?

Mind-blowing location and the host was super lovely. The room was jaw-droppingly large and had its own private access. The en suite bathroom was nice and the facilities to make a cup of tea/coffee in the room were a great touch. The room itself was wow! - very clean, nicely decorated, and had a good tea set up. The food in the room was a pleasant surprise, it saved me from going out in the cold again. Sharon, the host, was friendly and informative about a local hike I wanted to do. The room was spotless, comfortable, and I would definitely stay again. The space was loved, it was clean, and had a great location within walking distance to a few pubs. The shower was fantastic, towels smelled clean and plush, and there were even robes available. The thoughtful breakfast was a bonus. The Lonely Planet books in the room were a nice touch. it was a great place to stay if you wanted to hike locally and visit the monastic ruins. Free parking, electric kettle, cookware/kitchen utensils, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and outdoor dining area were all available. No smoking on site.

The room at Sliabh Amharc was spacious and quiet, exceeding my expectations. The bed was comfortable, and the small seating area was a nice touch. The host provided clear directions to a nearby pub, ensuring we had a pleasant evening out. The location of the property was picturesque, surrounded by beautiful scenery.
There were a few minor hiccups during our stay. The initial communication was lacking, as we did not receive any emails or instructions for entry.

The location is ideal, with easy access to the Heather restaurant, a great value option, and a pub down the road. Situated in a valley, it offers proximity to the upper lake of Glendalough. the rooms are spacious and clean, with thoughtful amenities such as a mini fridge and Netflix/Amazon sign-in. the bathroom is spacious, allowing for a comfortable shower experience. the breakfast is conveniently served in the room, offering privacy and flexibility.
Some guests had difficulty finding the property due to incorrect directions on Google maps, but the staff at the nearby pub were helpful in providing directions.
